Duties included:
Framing with truss work on Town houses for The lynx in Roslyn (400 units). All pre
assembled truss work. Also performed stick framing of 45 one family homes in
Whitestone, Queens. I also framed a 15,000 SQ Ft home in Center Island, a 10,000 SQ Ft
home in Upper Brookville and a 10,000 SQ Ft home in Westbury, NY.

Duties included:
Framed 14 homes on Evergreen estates ( 4 Dix Hills locations and 10 Port Jefferson
locations).
SKILLS
Framing new homes, dormers, extensions, portico reverses, fly gables, decks and
porches. Vinyl siding, cedar impressions, cedar shakes, basic caping, windows, trim,
roofing, roof framing and sheathing. Garage conversions. Clapboard cedar shakes, soffits,
gutters. Spackle and paint. Repairs such as termite damage, roof leaks, water damage,
replacement windows, interior framing, cathedral ceilings, tray ceilings, true valleys, circle
top windows.
EQUIPMENT:
I own a Van with a full set of tools: Three Sawzalls, four nail guns (coil guns), four circular
saws and a 60 degree circular saw. One gas compressor 6 gallons and one electric
compressor 2 gallon and a Stow generator. I also own a 24 ft stage and various ladders
with brackets, trim guns, drywall guns, drills (cordless drill with all necessary hardware),
Tico guns, etc.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Can work with blueprints or verbal communication.
