• Review thoroughly the plans and specifications to anticipate problems

against actual site conditions.

• Undertake regular inspection of the contractor’s work to ascertain that

the work done is in the conformity with the plans, specifications and

other related pertinent documents.

• Review Detailed Work Schedule prepared by the contractor.

• Reviews issued plan and prepare RFI’s (Request for Information) for

every conflict/discrepancies between Architectural, Structural, and

Other Trade Utilities plan.

• Conduct Quality Control thru progressive inspection of

Sanitary/Plumbing and Fire Protection Works.

• Evaluates progress of works against the work schedule as agreed with

the contractor.

• Prepares and submits Construction Report and Work Evaluation

Report based on actual accomplishment and recommends Progress

Payments thru submitted billings by contractors.

• Keeps field records such as: Jobsite Logbook, shopdrawings, contract

documents and minutes of meeting, as built information and

correspondence.
