Performed the business analysis and led the Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the

customers. The project included marketing campaign management, business intelligence, data
transformation/cleansing, database design, and "householding."

Completed the business analysis for a large mid-western gas and electric utility to create a sourcing
strategy to manage their application service delivery. The client needed an improved processes to align
the demands for application service with their service capacity. The result was a documented, formalized
business process model to oversee and manage service delivery using the IDEF modeling notation.

Developed a mid-range server consolidation strategy to reduce IT costs by implementing IT virtualization
technologies to consolidate the work being performed on more than 6,000 UNIX and Wintel servers
