Intermittent Pool RN: Currently assigned to Emergency Department(ED) as Staff Nurse working a

variety of shifts depending on needs of the unit. During orientation as pool RN, created a template for

data collection as basis for computer data entry in CPRS (electronic medical record). Although this

template was created for my personal use to increase efficiency with computer charting, I was asked by

the ED clinical educator to share the template with her for use with other new part-time and full-time

employees. Serving the veterans in this capacity on a part-time basis has been so rewarding that I desire

to serve them in a full-time capacity.

develop Performance Expectation Plan (PEP) for underperforming employee. Prepared and delivered

performance evaluations for all staff under my supervision. Perform direct care for general medical

patients at Florida State University as needed, due to staffing shortages or increase in patient

appointments. Supervision of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) extern students, Leadership Registered

Nurse (RN) students and Specialty Clinic operations. Supervisor (current and when clinic first opened)

for new Specialty Clinic that was opened to provide easier access to care by specialist physicians to

increase accessibility, timeliness and quality of patient-centered care. Oversee Specialty Clinic operations
