Responsibilities include organizing the front end of the store, making sure its clean and every team

member is meeting the store expectations. Making sure that every guest is happy with the service we

provide for them and also have them fill out a survey and take their feedback not just for the front end

of the store but the whole store to see what we need to improve on to make the store a better place for

guests to shop in and enjoy the time spent. Collecting and managing the money in every register at

the end of the night and cash office in the morning. Counting all the money from last night and

preparing tomorrows bank envelope registers. Duties also include observing the front end team

members and making sure they are greeting the guests and making sure they know about our RED

Card and our survey that is on the receipt. Duties also include giving team members feedback on how

they can improve at their job and also give them feedback if wanted for any future positions

promotion.

Target Team Member/Starbucks Barista Assistant Team Leader

Responsibilities include organizing and zoning keeping the store brand. Greeting guests and serving them with

love and care showing appreciation. Making sure everything is clean in Starbucks an everything is organized

and where it should be. Duties also include making sure every team member and every guest is happy with

the service we provide for them and also get their feedback so we can know where and on what we need to

improve on.

Teacher’s Assistant

Responsibilities included helping plan and prepare for lessons by completing necessary photocopies, helping

with ideas for lesson plans and creating work sheets. Duties also included marking and assessing student

work and making sure students stayed on task with work.

Responsibilities included taking and filling customer orders and ensuring a satisfactory dining experience for all

clients. Duties also included processing customer payments using debit, cash or credit. Was responsible for

cleaning section tables, stocking required equipment and cashing out at the end of shift.

AICP Youth Group Leader

Association Islamic Charitable Program, Ottawa, ON 2010 –

2012

Responsibilities included organizing activities for youth ages 3 – 14. Duties also included supervising and

leading the activities and ensuring the safety and appropriate behavior of all participants. Was also responsible

for managing setup and clean up of all organized games and activities.

Education

Presently pursuing Ontario Secondary School diploma at Richard Pfaff Secondary School Ottawa, ON.

Expected graduation date June 2014.
