• Sourcing for applicants from employee and applicant referral, walk-in applicants, endorsement from Head Office.

• Conduct initial interview and assess applicants based on the standard criteria

• Perform effective hiring processes (Direct and Indirect)

• Administer score and interpreted psychological tests for rank and file to managerial positions/levels.

• Endorse processed applicants to Head Office for Back Office and Supervisory position through Automated Transmittal System (ATS)

• Check schedule of Store Manager for interview of Indirect workers.

• Conducted House Check and Background Check for Treasury applicants passed in the final interview

Final Selection

• Gives pre-employment requirements for Direct Employee and Indirect Workers

• Endorse aplicants to their respective agencies for dispatch slip and orientation.

• Orientation of New Employee Presentation (NEOP). This includes history of Puregold, different branches, classification of company and Organizational Chart. Quality Customer Service,”Johnny the Bagger”,and Code of Discipline.

Recruitment Report

• Prepare RSR (Recruitment Status Report)

• Summary of Newly Hired for the month every 27th day of the Month.

• Monitor employee contract.

• Prepare ESRR (Employment Status Recommendation Report) for direct employee two months before End of Contract of the employee,SRR (Status Recommendation Report ) for indirect.

• Release PR-A (Performance Review) to Store Manager and Department Manager if for robationary.

• Processe PRF (Personnel Requisition Form) if the employee is for EOC or replacement

• Prepare ESRR on the fourth month after the contractual period and so on.

• Release PR-A for regularization.

• Prepare Notice of Regularization once received PR-A for regularization duly acknowledged by Store Managers and Department Managers.

• Conducts exit interview for resigned,terminated employees.

• Processed requirements for last pay of separated employee.

HRIS

File Maintenance

• Encode newly hired direct employees of required information in File Maintenance System every 2nd and 17th day of the month for Group 1,every 2nd and 22nd of the month for Group 2.

• Check, verify pertinent documents and requirements specifically Birth Certficate,SSS,NBI,TIN and Medical Certificate.

• Secure IEF (Information Evaluation Form) for employees designation, rate, allowances and salary.

• Inform HR Officer after encoding for release.

Centralized Timekeeping

Indirect Billing Monitoring System for Regular Agency such as ACES Cooperative, Bagger Services,

Janitorial Services, Internal Security Services, People Serve Multi Purpose Cooperative and Security Agency for Security Guard.

• Ensure all indirect employees were encoded in Persona (a system/program use to encode basic information of newly deployed Indirect Workers for proper monitoring)

• Processing of Timesheet

• Generation of Timekeeping Reports

• Auditing of Timesheet

• Posting of Timesheet

• Transmittal of Billing Documents to Head Office thru ATS.

Compensation & Benefits

Healthcare Benefit

• Submits list of employees with 3 years of service to HR-HO every January 15th of the succeeding year in preparation for the renewal on April 30th.

• Process Lost Cards through Statement of Lost ID Card

• Ensure Deletion of employees those members who resigned and confirmed AWOL,Terminted, and Preventive Suspension.

ER/IR (Employee Relations and Industrial relations)

• Ensure that employees were guided by Code of discipline which taught them during orientation.

• Issue NTE,Disciplinary Action and conducts admin hearing to erring employee/s.

• Prepare Memos for upcoming activities, changes with internal houserules, campaign information and the like.

• Report to agencies erring indirect employees for possible disciplinary action or replacement.

Other duties and responsibilities;

• Coordinates immediate superiors of any action, changes, proposals for store/department improvement.

• Monitor Manpower Headcount.

• Follow Immediate Superiors directive.

• Communicate every now and then to immediate superiors through Microsoft Office Outlook.
