. Design, Installation and troubleshooting of Motor and Pump and Furnace

control panels using AutoCAD 2010,Variable Frequency Drives,

Contactors, Overloads, Disconnect Switches, Fuses, Circuit Breakers,

Relays, Transformers, Direct Digital Controllers(DDC), Programmable

Logic Controllers(PLC).

. Schedule and Perform Start Up jobs and Warranty work with various

companies/contractors throughout the U.S. including Northrop Grumman,

Microsoft Inc., Trane, Johnson Controls and other large organizations

located throughout the United States - Ohio, Colorado, California,

South Carolina, Texas, Iowa.

. Hold On Site Factory Training for Spec-Air and ARES Customers.

Required to supervise sub-contractors.

. Handle Customer Concerns and Technical Support Questions for Spec-Air

and ARES line of Products via phone or on site.

. Provides work direction, orientation, training and work

review/inspection to assigned personnel for assigned shifts.

. Plans, selects, and prepares layouts required of materials for

installation, service and/or repair work. May provide estimates, time

and material costs of various projects.

. Provides direction and works from drawings, schematics, blueprints,

job layouts or verbal instructions and operate a variety of tools and

machines incidental to operations.

. Ensures facility and O&M equipment is maintained and repairs

performed, also ensures appropriate maintenance documentation is

completed and filed. Ensures project status and/or general maintenance

performance is documented and reported on a timely and consistent

basis.

. Requisitions new supplies and equipment.

. Ensures compliance to all city, state, and federal license and

certification requirements. Maintains and submits all records and

documents to proper authorities.CSA and ETL.

. Performs and reviews all work and assures all personnel perform work

in accordance with established safety procedures.

. Reports to Upper Management on all completed Projects with in depth

reports

and /or presentations.
