Provided structure to ailing nonprofit. Conducted intervention assessment to develop a plan to revitalize

the fundraising, membership, grant compliance and morale at the station. During this tenure FCC

compliance was stabilized, membership increased by 26%, fundraising increased by over 34% and debt

was decreased by 70%. A leadership accountability program was developed and provided increased

station morale.

Responsible for managing 360 affiliate stations for CNN, CBS, NBC networks. Marketing goals setting, staff

leadership and client contact were applicable duties. Consistently surpassed quarterly market placement and

Managed all aspects of organizational leadership including fundraising, community support, personnel, program

direction, station compliance with grantees and Board of Directors. The hiring goals was to improve the station so

that it could be sold. Station revenue increased by 400% in the first six months and the station was sold for three

times the purchase price.

Provided leadership for startup radio station in all areas of development. Developed branding, marketing, revenue

goals, hiring and build out for new station. Station billed $1million in the first two weeks on air. Developed
