Utilizing Disaster Recovery Best Practices to perform semi-annual Disaster Recovery tests in partnership with
Sungard Availability Services. Test execution utilizes Disaster Recovery Plans developed and maintained to

Cost Share reduction payments are payments made PMPM (per Member per Month) to subsidize Health
Benefits at the benefit level rather than at the plan premium level. In other words subsidy payments go
to reimburse Fallon Health for actual claims paid for a Member rather than subsidizing the Member’s
monthly premium.

o Identify the Member and Claim Population eligible for subsidies
