CNA is one of the America's most successful insurance Companies. CNA has various divisions like General

Insurance, Motor Insurance,Health Insurance Etc.

CNA's Storage infrastructure consists of data centres in various geographies (Chicago,Aurora etc.). 35 EMC

Storage devices (VNX, VMAX, Clariion,DMX,Celerra,Extreme IO) and 2 Netapp Boxes. Cisco SAN switches

(MDS 9513) exist at the CNA environment. NetApp and EMC storage are configured on SAN and NAS

Environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and Management of EMC VMAX,VNX,CLAriion and Netapp storage boxes.

• Using modified BMC’s REMEDY ticketing tool for getting incident and task

tickets.

• Health check monitoring and report management for EMC and Netapp boxes.

• Handling EMC storages incident issues which include Allocations,Expansions,Reclaimations etc.

• Providing support for EMC CLARiion CX series, DMX4, VMAX and VNX Arrays.

• Administration and managing of VNX arrays using Unisphere manager.
