coordinated through Pernod Ricard Americas.
I'm responsible for managing and measuring performance and compliance of the Americas IT team while
working towards increasing its maturity. I provide support to the Americas IT organization and I play a role of
coordination between IT and other departments (HR, Audit, Finance, external vendors…). I produce and
maintain the process and procedures the IT team needs and I coordinate between LATAM and NA for
synergy and reuse of Resources.
As an IT Governance lead I participate in all the activities of IT Governance and IT strategy. I contribute to
the evolution of the organization maturity by identifying areas where policies and procedures require

Arcor is an Industrial Multinational Group who dedicates to the food production.
I worked out as the first meeting point for Teradata Data Warehouse, managing the supplier and the services
associated to it. I planned and managed to all the projects, at ETL level, of load and changes of data in the
Relational Model. I wrote and put into operations all the normatives and standardarizations for the Data
Warehouse which at the moment has the “Single Version of the Truth” of the company. I also planned and
managed all the project of standardization of Backups of Data Warehouse as from the tool of Data
Extraction.
I was able to lead a project of Business Intelligence in the Sales area, obtaining the acceptance of the final
clients in time and forms; drawing for to obstacles like the one of the obtaining of information of different data
sources, owned by other areas and managers and arriving at the recognition level of providing them to these
last “Single Version of the Truth” provided by the Data Warehouse.
I also lead the ETL project for changing times of updates. Creating new ETL process and improving time in
40%.

point-of-sale terminals, automated teller machines, check processing systems, barcode scanners, and

I was developed in two positions; I began like a junior in the area of Internal Services, where I made basic
tasks getting to lead the projects of standardization of effective norms and implementation of changes;
starting to be the local person in charge of the computer center.
Later on I was transfer to Teradata Division (actually is a separate Company) where I was a Customer
Support Representative; ordered to report problems to the support in USA, to implement changes, to project
and to lead implementations of new equipment and upgrades.
I was awarded with a special reconnaissance “Mention Award Performance” on the part of the company to
lead and to carry out the project of implementation of Activate Directory in Latin America. Previously already
we had received the prize in group for our performance in crisis management due to a network attack.
