LOCATION : Guwahati, Assam, India

DESCRIPTION : Hotel Dynasty is 76-rooms property started in year 1988.

It's a 4-star hotel having 4-F&B Outlets and a Bar. Outlets include an

Indian Specialty Restaurant, a Multi-cuisine 24-hours restaurant, Room

Service and a family Bar. Dynasty has 7-banquet halls whereby functions

from 20-400 can be organized indoor. Roof top has been developed for

banquet parties up to 500 pax. 9 managers and 295-staff are reporting to

me.

The Hotel Dynasty is undergoing heavy renovation of rooms. Addition of a

large roof top restaurant/Party Venue with 120 covers has been completed.

Further addition of a Pastry Shop will be done shortly. Other renovation

plan are commissioning of new Laundry, widening of lobby, commissioning of

new generator of 500 KVA etc.
