• Managed Quality teams in San Diego and two offshore development teams in the development of applications that managed Pricing/Quotes product integrating with the BI teams data and the other project’s task was to onboard a new manufacturer with quality engineering, packaging engineering, product & test engineering, procurement, supply chain management, finance, offshore operations, and tax, trade, export processes. Surface Warfare Enterprise Data-Architecture (SWED-A) application
I managed the Business Intelligence solution to manage the Navy’s Defense Readiness Reporting System for Surface Warfare. I gathered requirements, scope and interfaced directly with the customer, developers and cross-functional team. I managed the entire SDLC from inception to deployment. The website displayed a dashboard portal for the staff at the Surface Command and the system used a proprietary process of staging data through organized methodologies to allow for efficient processing from the retrieval of many disparate data sources to one enterprise data warehouse that housed all of the navy’s data. This data warehouse included operational, training, logistics, maintenance, and more to be used for metrics to assist in the decision making of the staff at the Surface Navy’s headquarters.
