My job duties include taking calls from NY residents looking to enroll or renew their health insurance "The Affordable
Care Act". These applications are taken through the NY State of Health Marketplace and then submitted to the
insurance companies. We also make changes to the consumer applications based on household changes such as
income, household size etc.

Engage with families whose children have a mental health diagnosis. Help the families utilize the services in the
community to keep child in the home. Provide emotional support to the families. Encourage the families to participate in

My job duties included preparing meals and activities for a group home of 8 children. Take children on home visits and
activities outside of the group home with other staff, ensure the safety of the children and help them to follow through on
daily household chores.

My job duties include taking calls for an inbound call center for Medicare beneficiaries in all fifty states as well as Puerto
Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands who are required by Medicare to enroll in the new Medicare part D program. I take calls
regarding concerns, questions and complaints over premium payments, co-pays, LICS levels and enrollment issues for
beneficiaries.

Verify medical support on dependents of non-custodial parents for the Texas State Dept. of Health. Act as a Third Party
Administrator for New York State Dept. of Heath. Verify medical information with several different major medical
insurances.

Monitor workflow for IDT, once images are captured the entries need to have specific information keyed that images
could not read such as transaction numbers, dollar amounts, or batch id‘s ATM numbers. Balance ATM transactions.
