Project #5: Solar Power Evacuation & feasibility Study for 200 MWp in Karnataka.

Client: Sagituar Ventures India Pvt Ltd.

Activities/Studies Performed: Site Visit & Data collection, Modelling proposed 200 MW Solar plant along

with KPTCL Grid, Single Line Diagram & GUI preparation, Solar – wind coincidence analysis, Load flow

& contingency Analysis, Identification of feasible evacuation scheme, checking for adequacy of the existing

transmission lines in that vicinity and Preparation of Technical reports.

Project #6: Wind Power Evacuation & Grid Interconnection studies for Vagarai – 800 MW wind farm

– Tamilnadu

Clients: Regen Powertech Pvt Ltd.

Activities/Studies performed: Data collection & Modelling of entire Southern grid network from 400 kV

level to 132 kV level for immediate future network conditions, Single Line Diagram & GUI preparation,

Load Flow, Contingency Analysis and short Circuit Analysis. Checking for the adequacy of the existing

CTU & TANTRANSCO transmission lines and substations in the vicinity of the wind farm to evacuate

power to the tune of 800 MW. Study the capability of the grid and nearby stations if the wind power

generation is increased by 10%. Identification of most suitable/feasible evacuation scheme for the proposed

wind farm site. Suggestion for the Optimum sizing of the S/S along with the equipment & system.

Project #7: Load Forecasting & Power System Master Plan (PSMP) for Assam State.

Client: Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Activities/Studies Performed: Data collection, Database modelling, Single Line Diagram & GUI

preparation, Operational study to finalize base case network, Load Flow, Contingency Analysis, short

Project #8: Wind Power Evacuation Studies for 3 wind farm sites (Savalsang-100 MW, Basavana

Bagewadi – 50 MW, Haveri – 150 MW) in Karnataka.

Clients: Mytrah Energy Limited and ReNew Power

Activities/Studies performed: Modelling of entire Southern grid network and Karnataka system from

400kV level to 132kV level for immediate future network conditions. Preparation of Geographical Single

line diagram, Load Flow and contingency analysis, reactive power compensation study and

recommendations, assessment of evacuation line losses. Providing feasible evacuation scheme based on the

techno-economical feasibility. Study of reaction of the grid and nearby stations if the wind power generation

is increased by 10% of installed.

Project#9: Power Injection Capacity of LANCO to APTRANSCO with existing network condition –

Andhra Pradesh.

Clients: LANCO Infratech Limited

Activities/Studies performed: Data collection & Modelling of Andhra Pradesh Network database,

Feasibility Studies for network is able to capable with LANCO generation after injection into grid. Steady

state analysis and loss calculation in the system, contingency Analysis and Preparations of reports based on

the findings of the power evacuation studies.

Project#10: Load Forecast, Generation & Power System Networking Planning – Karnataka

Client: Karnataka Power Transmission Company Limited (KPTCL), Karnataka
