Manager, Outsourcing Services 2012-Present

Managed the initial transition of services, performing a variety of

management activities as part of the Managed Services Agreement between CGI-

US and City of San Diego. Duties included coaching developers on

assimilation tasks, reviewing documents, participating in the design of the

ongoing ITIL based processes to manage the steady-state operations. After

transition managed daily operational support, incident resolution, fixes

and projects related to the Enterprise/Municipal and Treasury city

departments.

Other assignments include QA management for the Vermont Health Exchange,
