The project Agilent Singapore’s object was to reduce cost of operation, consolidation of business and

increasing profitability. The project was initiated in phases, in the first phase rollout was done for Singapore,

in the next phase it was done for Malaysia.

Elpida Memory, Inc. is a manufacturer of Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) silicon chips with

headquarters based in Tokyo, Japan. Intelligroup implemented the Elpida Archiving Project for Hitachi

(Elpida).

This involves implementation for three geographical locations (USA, Asia Pacific, and Europe). In this

project we have used Content Repository as IXOS and used DocuLink (third party tool from IXOS) for

archived data retrieval. An onsite offshore model was used with this engagement.

Responsibilities:

Worked end to end on Functional Archive objects.

Prepared documents for SD related Functional Archive objects which are in the project scope and

reviewed all other Archive objects documents. Project Documents include Design specifications,

Unit test scripts, Integration test Docs, Configuration Docs and UAT test scripts.

Weekly maintained the Action items status sheet to ensure the project progress.

Prepared the KT documents and gave session on Archive for the Hitachi support team.
