Secure Meters Ltd. established in 1988 introduced Electronic meters for the

first time in India.SML today offers a comprehensive range of metering

products such as: High precision, high accuracy Grid Meters namely Apex

Metering System, Consumer energy meters, Panel Meters, Maximum Demand

Controllers, Single Phase Meters, Pre-payment meters, Transducers, Accuchek

range of On-site Calibrators, Test benches, software solutions and turnkey

services.

Worked as Associate (Incoming Quality Assurance) From August 2011 to July

2013.

Job Profile:

. Inspection of the raw materials (Metallic, Plastics, electronics,

electrical & sub assemblies) as per Inspection standard.

. Inspection of electronics components (Resistors, Inductors,

Capacitors, Transformers, Diodes, Transistors, MOSFET,) As Per

Inspection Standard or Specification.

. Prepare Developed Article inspection report & First Article inspection

report for new developments & Prepare Inspection standard for checking

the parts, assemblies & sub assemblies

. Process audits at production end. .

. Addressing the line problems & doing analysis & given feedback to

supplier for improvement in part.

. Generate Non Conformance Note (NCN) to suppliers & take CAPA of the

problem.

. Inspection of raw material, CT boxes at supplier end & dispatched

direct to field.

. Handling new improvements at supplier end by developing the jigs &

fixtures for checking the parts.

. Ensuring the excellence quality of finished product.

. Execute, reviewing & ensuring proper DMI & latest documents followed

by production in shop floor.

. To co ordinate production planning.

. Prepare operational source data on monthly basis.

. Bin audit at store end,

. To make the Inspection reports and other data sheets.
