JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• To conduct the Duck Audit of day and night shift material as per TGW (Things going wrong) raise the ECRN

for document and any other change.

• Ensuring process as per SOS/Control Plane & cross verified first part approval report of production & follow

up with concerned.

• Verification of existing Poka-Yoka as per limit samples on daily basis.

• Ensuring Systematic Rejection handling & Red Bin Analysis on daily basis & raising the DACR's against the

issues & also ensuring their closure timely.

• Making the PDI Reports (02 parts/ day 05 Pecs. each) & to submit to Dispatch the PDI reports as required by

the Customer.

• To analyze the Line issues being occurred & their resolution by raising the DACR'S.

• To arrange the ERA against CC/RE/DA complaints & Recording the repositioning data.

• To analyze the customer returned material & maintaining the data with Corrective Actions.

• Customer complains handling.

• Responsible for maintaining the process according to ISO/TS-16949 & preparing the related documents.

• Maintaining Quality system records & statistics for failure trends.

• Knowledge of 3M, 3G and Kan-Ban.
