Experience:

Present Large Well Established Stamping Company in Reynosa, MX

American company which does a variety of standard stampings including added value for a multiplicity of customers including

automotive.

3/14/2011 – 6/ 2/2011 Gill Industries; Trenton, GA.

Stamping & Tooling Manager ($72,000 yr.)

• Responsible for being a mentor to the Tooling & Stamping Supervisors. Objective was to bring budgets under control, solve on-

going issues which threatened future work, improve plant appearance to please customers and do this through my Supervisors so

they could be more effective. Tooling POs averaged $26,000/month before I started work with Gill. March-May was $7500/month

average with $11.000./month budget. BMW had several issues with Gill Industries and an additional $80,000,000.00 in expected

work was at risk. Quality, machines, tools and human error were addressed to solve these design, containments and Quality issues.

Customers statements upon visiting for the first time after the improvements which I set in place were they finally liked the facility.

I would like to have stayed with Gill Industries but issues which I could not address created a poor working environment which can

be discussed fully later.
