non union employees across three shifts.
Responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources supporting
Production, New Product Development, and Distribution Center to include
performance management, employee relations, manager/supervisor coaching,
wage administration, recruitment, secondments/international assignments, on
boarding, employee retention and benefits management.
Reduced medical costs by $1.6m annually while providing better networks and
