handling contractor material shopping list and creating descriptive client contracts. Another part of the
secretarial work was to manage and review, filing systems, update website information, and documents.
Duties also included ordering stationaries and other office equipment.

and benefits request, along with answered questions, responded to concerns, and alleviated delicate
situations with professionalism and sensitivity. Assisting the Store Manager in creating and updating
