Held the position of Electronics Technician II, working under the S-3 and I2WD
Contract, employed in the designing, building, troubleshooting and maintaining of
the OGS / DIG-E / SIP-C / GGB Intelligence gathering/collating Guardrail /
Common Sensor System, as well as the Tatteran / Trojan Satellite Communication
System.
Worked with NSA, DIA and the CIA to create a symbiosis between these systems
and the existing military, Pentagon and JWICS systems.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of metal work, to include hands on
prototyping of special parts and pieces, electrical systems and circuitry to
facilitate the completion of each system.
Deployed to Savannah, GA and Germany to upgrade the systems while in the
field.
Placed in direct charge of the Work Shop Operations, becoming Lead Tech / Shop
Foreman, and with the help of the lead engineer, re-designed and re-engineered
the systems for better efficiency in a tighter / smaller package while cutting costs
and weight.
Facilitated the guidance and instruction of new hires.
In charge of controlling inventory and placing orders. Created a living Electrical
Build of Materials to help facilitate this.
Worked on and re-engineered all electrical drawings and schematics using
Solidworks, AutoCAD, and DraftSight software.

Units: 1st MI BN (11/27/2002 – 09/30/2006), Wiesbaden, Germany – SIEW Technician
Maintained the GR/CS (Guardrail/Common Sensor) System which is an airborne
communication intercepting system.
Deployed with this system twice to Iraq, working on the flightline in direct
support of the Guardrail System.
Named Senior Supervisor and placed in charge of the systems maintenance and
functionality, as well as instructing other soldiers on the proper usage and
troubleshooting techniques of the system.
In charge of ‘pre-flighting’ the aircraft, while deployed, which entails getting
them ready for mission and fixing any last minute problems before the aircraft
flew.
In charge of maintaining mission equipment and keeping all electronics up to
military standard.
66th MI GRP (09/29/1999 – 11/27/2002), Darmstadt, Germany – DISE Tech
Maintaining the Trojan SPIRIT – a satellite communication system and JMICS
(Joint Mobile Integrated Communication System) – a deployable video
teleconference system that also provides a TS/SIPR LAN.
Deployed with these systems to Macedonia and Kosovo during the Balkans Peace
Keeping Missions. Working hand in hand with NATO, CIA and other intelligence
bureaus.
Named Senior Technician, put in charge of deployment exercises and instructing
other soldiers on the proper usage and troubleshooting techniques of the systems.
Placed in charge of the JMICS System and all its components. Directly
responsible for its setup and operation.
EDUCATION
AIT (Advanced Individual Training): Ft. Huachuca, AZ (10/01/1998 - 08/01/1999)
Studying from basic to in-depth electrical workings, implementation, and overall
systems understanding.
Additional Education: 40 hour blocks of Instruction up to an Associate’s Degree level of
education of all parts and inner-workings of major US Army Telecommunications
systems. This would be the Trojan SPIRIT Satellite Communication training
course, the JMICS Deployable LAN and Video Teleconferencing System training
course and the Guardrail Common Sensor signals intercepting / and triangulation
system. All training included, but not limited to:
