Responsibilities: Joined this Organisation in the very early project stage

as Stenographer to work under Personnel Manager. I was looking after

various personnel activities like ESI, Interviews, Tests, Recruitments,

Training and Induction, Exit settlements etc.

2) Organisation : M/s. Karnataka Aluminium Ltd., Mysore

Tenure : April 1981 to June 1982

(This is a Bhoruka Group Company set up to manufacture Aluminium

Extrusions). Joined this Organisation at the early very project stage as

Executive Secretary, and I was associated in the Personnel and

Administrative Wing to look after various connected functions.

3) Organisation : M/s. Automotive Axles Ltd., Mysore.

Tenure : July 1982 to October 1984

Designation : Stenographer cum Project Planning Executive

(A Joint venture of Rockwell International USA, and promoted by M/s.

Bharath Forge Co. Ltd., Pune, a Kalyani Group for manufacture of Rear Axles

Assemblies and Brake Assemblies). Joined this Organisation at the very

infant stage as Project Planning Executive to work in their

Project/Personnel wing. I was associated with various functions like

Tests/Recruitments, Training and Admn., activities.

4) Organisation : Karnataka Milk Federation, at its Dharwad, Bangalore,

Mandya and Mysore units

Tenure : October 1984 to June 2006 (came out under VRS)

Responsibilities:

As head of administrative wing, I was responsible for:

. Scrutiny of applications, tests, interviews, recruitment procedures.

. Training and Induction, imparting training to B.Sc.,(DT) Trainees,

MBA/BBM trainees.

. Issue of Show Cause Notices, framing of charge sheets, arrangements for

conducting domestic enquiries, furnishing legal opinion and obtaining

legal opinion from Advocates and suitable follow up.

. Attending to labour court/civil court matters

. Attending labour cases, filing of affidavits and furnishing parawise

remarks to Advocates/information by Advocates and suitable follow up.

. Work relating to statutory enactments like (GSLIS) EDLI, EFBF, Gratuity,

Office etc.

arranging tests/examination, conducting KPSC and other competitive exams as

a Head of the Centre, Attendance of both teaching and non-teaching staff,

conducting functions, programme compeering, organize weekly student

assembly, arranging workshops/seminars, counseling programmes for students,

placement assistance/guidance for students steering monthly meetings,
