JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. ENGINEER(SQA)

V Using 7QC tools for continual quality improvements.

V Done meetings with vendors related to the quality issues in their

items, documented it in M.O.M

V Responsible for BOP items inspection.

V Prepare the PQCS sheets for the customer.

V Verify the raw material by comparing supplier MTC with Indian

standards.

V Done the raw material testing from third party testing according to

the plan.

V Prepare Pareto analysis of rejection weekly

V Responsible for maintaining the 5S in the plant.

V Done MSA of variable instruments according the MSA plan.

V Done SPC on monthly basis according to the SPC plan.

V Corrective & preventive action report taken from supplier.

V Prepare PPM level on daily basis.

V Handling customer complaints and analyzing the problems to find out

the root cause using 5 Why analysis methodology.

V Done QAV at vendor end for supplier up gradation.

V Sample inspection report of new components.

V Responsible for layout inspection report as per plan.

V Prepare SOP for inprocess inspection.

V Preparing all BOP check standard of components

V Documentation & Data Maintenance as per ISO/TS 16949:2009 for BOP

dept.

V MRR clearance.

V Vendor Performance Evaluation on Monthly & Yearly Basis.

V Daily rejection record of supplier and inhouse.
