JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate assigned machines / equipments or “primary plant’’ as to provide continuous and consistent

utilities required for operations.

Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using proper hand tools and

power tools.

Diagnose malfunctions or troubleshooting in HT/ LV control panels, protection systems & components

and rectifies the defects.

Carry out the daily Preventive Maintenance of Guest rooms and submit report to shift in charge.

Carry out operation and maintenance of DG sets, maintenance of Inverters & UPS system.

Handle all types of indoor and outdoor lighting installation, testing and maintenance.

Perform emergency procedures relating to fire, life and safety, e.g. such as attending fire alarms, lift

rescue.

Attend complaints related to Telephone systems and rectify them.

Also have technical skills in HVAC, mechanical, Plumbing, painting, AV systems, etc.

Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.

Maintain the appropriate equipment operating log book.

Maintain daily Heat, Light & Power (HLP) consumption records.

Administrative works like maintaining records and files and preparing reports.

Maintain a close relationship with all departments.
