Liberty SBF is a direct, balance sheet lender that provides financing for borrowers that require bridge loan financing for
pre-stabilized CRE, discounted loan payoffs and hard money situations as well as SBA 504 financing.
Sole and direct responsibility for loan originations in the metro NYC, south Florida region thus expanding the
correspondent/ broker affiliation network. Goal is to capitalize on long term relationships thus capturing increased market
share and loan volume. Personally oversee underwriting and presentation to the credit committee. Negotiate term sheets,
loan commitments, loan documents. Manage the closing process.
Lexington Capital Advisors, LLC (December 2012-January 2014) Tinton Falls, NJ/ Boca Raton, Fl. -Managing
Director
Key principal of Lexington Capital Advisors. Directly involved with the origination, underwriting of debt, investment sales
and equity transactions. Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships nationally with investment property sellers
and borrowers. Recruit and maintain affiliate relationships. Manage a viable transaction pipeline.
The core activity was to provide advice and counsel on a contingent fee basis to commercial real estate owners
concerning the sale financing recapitalization of CRE. The firm is also engaged in the representation of equity sources
and purchasers of investment grade CRE.
NAI Global (May 2011 – December 2012) New York City, NY -Senior Vice President CRE Finance
NAI Global is an affiliate of C-III Capital Partners. NAI is the world’s premier global network of more than 200 NAI
affiliates nationally and one of the largest real estate services providers worldwide. Lead the implementation of the first
NAI national commercial Mortgage Finance Group (MFG). Created the strategic plan; the basis for the mortgage
banking platform serving the national network. Supervised the origination of debt and equity transaction as a profit
center. Provided transaction management; assistance to all the NAI mortgage bankers nation-wide in originating and
completing CRE financing transactions. Initiated and established the framework for the origination of FNMA small loan
funding from the network as correspondent for Centerline Capital a C3 affiliate.
Lexington Capital Advisors LLC (April 2009 -May 2011) Boca Raton, FL and Tinton Falls, NJ -Managing Member
Founder of Lexington Capital Advisors LLC providing advice and counsel to comme rcial borrowers facing loan default.
Personally managed daily operations, assignment origination, underwriting, proposal presentation and assignment.
Developed capital provider relationships. The firm also provided capital required to facilitate the recapitalization of the
distressed asset. Lexington has completed the restructuring of 10 assignments totaling $100m of mortgage loans to date.
Additionally, Lexcap exclusively represents select capital sources in the acquisition of REO and CRE loans. The firm i s
engaged with commercial banks, CMBS special servicers, life insurance companies.
Johnson Capital (July 2005 -March 2009) Boca Raton, FL and New York City, NY -Senior Vice President New York
Office
Joined the NYC team in January 2009. Senior member of the New York team responsible for the origination of distressed
asset mortgage re-structuring and recapitalization, dispositions and loan sale origination. Seven major assignments under
agency agreement. Procured the assignment to re-structure the first mo rtgage encumbering the” Lipstick” building a
600,000 sf. office building located in mid-town Manhattan.
Boca Raton
Joined the firm in 2005 to establish the Boca Raton FL office, thus expanding the Johnson Capital brand in Florida.
Devised and launched the marketing campaign, utilizing my extensive list of client’s, institutions and contacts
gaining considerable traction in a short time span. Closed $70mm within the first twenty-four months. Primary focus on
investment sales, originating, structuring and closing permanent, interim, and mezzanine financing joint ventures.
David Cronheim Corporation (June 2002-July 2005) Chatham, NJ -Senior Vice President
Cronheim is the largest privately owned mortgage banker on the east coast. Proficient investment sales broker mortgage
producer and placer. Extended the firms market share to include South East Florida. Originated and closed debt sale and
mezzanine transactions generating in excess of $1.8mm of fee income within fifteen months.
Westminster Capital Company (July 1994-January 2002) Boca Raton, FL -Founder
Principal, Investor, Managing Director. The firm engaged in the origination, underwriting and sale of CMBS notes to CSFB,
UBS, Greenwich and other investment banks. One of the principals and founders and member of the board of the Bankers
Capital Group, a consortium of seven national independent CMBS lenders. Westminster Capital fun ded $900mm of CMBS
loans 1995-2000. Bankers Capital funded $500mm of CMBS loans in its first year of operations.
Prior to 1994 held VP, SVP positions with Cushman and Wakefield mortgage banking group in Boca Raton and
NYC as well as managing director for JDL enterprises in NJ. JDL was the sixth largest CRE brokerage firm in NJ.
