in Afghanistan (ISAF) - February 2011 to September 2012
I provided human analyses/counterintelligence services to the United States Army Special Forces in providing
background investigations in regards to Host Country National (HCN’s) and Third Party Nationals (TCN’s)
in Afghanistan who seek employment with U.S. Special Forces as linguists, general laborers and program
managers. Researched and collected counter intelligence by using SIMPR, Biometrics Automated Technology,
finger printing, iris scan and data entry by using SEEKER II, collect cell phone data by using Cell-Brit device,
Cell Pack and the use of internet restricted data collection bases such as Query Tree, Defense Intelligence
Agency, Central Intelligence Agency Interlink, and M3 to search for inquiries on Host and Third Country
Nationals.
I have conducted over 200 PCASS examinations on local and third country nationals to determine if all
information given is truthful and accurate. Interviewees are screened for anti-coalition forces participation and/
or activities that would compromise the security of U.S. Coalition Forces. After the completion of formal security
background checks, interviewing and PCASS examinations individual detailed reports are submitted to reflect
complete, incomplete and/or conflicting information on local nationals and/or third country nationals for access
to International Security Assistant Forces Bases. Recommendations were forwarded to military authorities for
final employment and base access approval.
Military Police Officer
United States Army Military Police Corps/ Reserve and Active Duty - June 2006 to June 2012

I provided Police Transition Teams to train and oversight Iraqi police operations in downtown Baghdad,
Iraq. Daily operations included: collected biometrics data (iris scan, finger prints, personal information on
Detainee(s) and information concerning detainee relatives by names, trade and current residence(s), entered
all data and reports into appropriate databases. All interviews were conducted on Iraqi detainees who were
arrested for anti-coalition forces activity. These interviews also supported the planning and execution of
operations in police administration, searches and seizures, enforcement of humane treatment to detainees,
standards and accountability. Planning also involved the partnership with U.S. Coalition Forces and the Iraqi
army. Police transition team’s mission provided critical security, law enforcement and intelligence expertise
at multiple Iraqi police stations in Baghdad to ensure Iraqi police were fully prepared to assume all local
law enforcement duties, counter intelligence and formal detection training to recognize roadside bombs and
pressure plate devices.
Intensive Probation and Parole Officer II
North Carolina Department of Corrections - Greensboro, NC - April 2007 to September 2010
I served as an Intensive Probation and Parole Officer II case manager to supervise and interview high risk
criminal offenders while placed on probation or parole. Enforced all terms and conditions of probation and
release conditions set by the North Carolina Parole Commission. Other job duties were entering criminal
offenders biometrics (iris, fingerprints and personal information) into North Carolina Department of Public
Safety databases once placed on probation or parole by the courts or parole commission, criminal record
checks monthly on each offender, drug testing offenders weekly or bi-weekly, typed court modification orders,
arrest orders (powers to arrest) for the court when evidence suggest that the offender were an endangerment
to themselves or to the general public. Supervised curfew checks and monitored offenders while placed on
house arrest to include maintaining good maintenance of GPS monitoring equipment. Detailed reports and
assessments were submitted on a monthly basis with a case load of ninety-five offenders being supervised.
Detailed reports and assessments reflected monthly offender analysis in order to provide proper supervision
on each offender. Conducted surveillance on offenders at their residence, place of employment, or public
locations in order to research and analyze incomplete or conflicting information which may violate the offender's
probationary terms and conditions.
Custom Protection Officer/Shift Supervisor
Wackenhut Security Incorporated - Greensboro, NC - June 2005 to June 2006
I was in charge of viewing property cameras (CCTV) from a secure console room. Reviewed accident and
incident reports that were submitted by security officers, submitted evaluation reports to Citi-Cards human
resource office for further planning and evaluation. Conduct pre-employment biometrics (iris, finger printing
and personal information) for pre-employment to assist State Bureau Investigation and Federal Bureau
Investigation background checks. Employee badges and Iris access were created for entry into Citi-Cards
facility from biometric data.
Combat Infantry Instructor / Communications
United States Marine Corps / Active and Reserve Duty - Quantico, VA - August 1997 to July 2003
I served as an enlisted Combat Instructor at The Basic School, Quantico, Virginia. Assisted in the training
of newly Marine commissioned officers in infantry tactics to include urban warfare, trench NBC warfare, live
firing ranges, grenade ranges, close combat training, land navigation courses, helicopter entry operations
into hot zones, and conducted anti-terrorism close target surveillance training within local communities
such as Ross, Virginia with the support of civilian leadership counterparts for allowing intensive training
exercises to be conducted and intelligence gathering to include practical biometric data gathering within their
communities. Spent long periods of time on firing ranges in assisting newly commissioned officers in weapons
maintenance and qualifications: M240 Gulf Machine Gun, M249 Semi Assault Weapon, M203 Grenade
Launcher, and Berretta 9mm pistol. Crossed trained and coordinated with Federal Bureau of Investigation
Special Weapons and Tactic Teams while using “Hogan's Alley” to conduct urban warfare and anti-terrorism
training. Conducted interviews with newly commissioned officer students to evaluate their leadership roles
in becoming commissioned officer and entered collected data into Department of Defense appropriate data
bases.
Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003 activated to participate in the Iraqi invasion as a Unit Machine Gunner and Radio
Wireman/Operator to provided security and intelligence biometrics collections on person of interest as part
of a mobile communications team to support supply reinforcements sphered from Baghdad, Iraq to northern
Kuwait during the invasion.
