Duties and Responsibilities during my clinical experience

Doing Admission Procedures

Maintain good patient-nurse relationship.

Checking all emergency drugs

Check narcotic drugs at each shift duty and record it

Rotate for morning, afternoon and night shift as schedule

Assist the Medical Staff while carrying therapeutic procedures.

Monitor temperature, Pulse respiration and BP and recording.

Assist the doctors while examining the patient.

Keep record and maintain all inventories in each shift

Reception and management of cases of accidents, poisoning, shock, acute

myocardial infarction and bronchial asthma, foreign body ingestion, snake

bite, Arrhythmias, Cardio Respiratory Arrest etc.

E.C.G. recording

Administration of Medication

Emergency Care including C.P.R

Transferring patients from department to department and hospital to

hospital and accompanying the very ill patients.

Intravenous Canula Insertion

Assisting the procedure like L.P, Bone Marrow Aspiration, Suturing, Minor
