communication assets, and weapon systems that were utilized to assist in training and combat

lead to improved interaction and instruction from junior employees to middle and senior

range safety procedures, and tactical evaluations.

• Launched administrative procedures, drafted and implemented an Equipment Density List (EDL)

for three, (130 employee) companies to use for tracking training support requests, administrative

of dollars in loss of time and revenue.

• Provided executive level counsel regarding upper echelon policy and regulations, performance

based improvements, authorized disciplinary actions, and member grievances/complaints.
