Responsible for instituting and managing the LCS fleet introduction and shipbuilding program for naval

warships at an average cost of $375 million dollars per ship.

Manage and provide industrial support during all facets of the shipbuilding and acquisition process for

more than 4,000 personnel.

Coordinate training and supervise the management and administration of all facilities at the building site

including providing contractual administrative support.

Decreased overhead costs and schedule changes, and increased proficiency saving the Navy over

$1.2 million dollars.

Developed and supervised the Lessons Learned Conference as a vital tool to drive continuous

improvement across the entire team and shipbuilding process.
