Provide key insightful strategic leadership and direction to all operational functions of Mortgage, Insurance,
Tax, and Retirement Service organization. Full P&L, strategic planning, and administrative accountability
along with oversight of 600+ employees generating over 500 million in annual sales. Analyze company goals
and data and utilize results to project manage short and long-term plans and budgets. Lead development and
implementation of new business/compensation plans for entire nationwide mortgage lending division, in
response to changes in industry regulations.
• Expanded mortgage sales division over 500% by steering growth from two to six sales centers and
twelve retail branches, involving training, hiring, and coaching new managers and staff members and
establishing/implementing operational infrastructure such as compensation program and policies and
procedures.
• Increased production per employee by an average of almost 30%, resulting from the introduction of a
new automated performance tracking system along with development and implementation of “FFG
University”.
o Lead this six month-long project, along with Chief HR Officer to create FFG University – a
step-by-step company training program: Loan Officer level enabled employees to obtain

and Executive levels provided career advancement opportunities and call center training

• Dramatically reduced turn times of backend loan processing by 23% and reduced associated costs by
30% within first year as a result of the inception of our Tax affiliate party to handle tax and other

• Successfully secured new primary wholesale investor for secondary markets that allowed us to
increase our revenue per loan dramatically.
