-EXPERIENCE
REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
-Maintained and cultivated deeper relations with distributors/endusers thru
product knowledge and guidance.
-Attended sales events, training, and trade shows as needed within territory.
-Four assigned territories in five southern states.
-Drove sales in existing and new accounts to maintain a positive growth within
each territory. Territory 1 grew from 15,000 yr to over 90,000. Territory 2 from
11,000 to 88,000 a year. The third stayed steady at 92,000. The last territory
involved one of the largest national accounts that grew from 8.5 to 11.9 billion
annually. All the assigned territories had new accounts/distributors added. In my
five years I only lost one account to the competition, but lost three to closures.

-Took on extra responsibility of packing literature and promotional aids for all
accounts and outside sales representatives. The accounts went from waiting six
months for literature to same day shipping.

-Supervision of personnel, store maintenance, daily bookkeeping/accounting,
inventory control, assisting other managers in their duties, and scheduling shifts.
