Abstract : Open look is an online shopping portal and also with service for the
Electronic devices and tally software services, that permits a customer to submit
online orders for items and/or services from a store that serves both walk-in customers
and online customers. This is an integrative, user-centric and user-intensive approach,
which offers various advantages and benefits to all stakeholders involved. It includes
sophisticated product and customer management modules. Here customers can get the
service for the electronic devices and or they can shop the electronic devices from the
E-store. In the service section enquiry is confirmed by the call from the service
provider. In the shopping section the product purchased is confirmed regards of the E-
store, where they ship the products in the certain period.
