Process Engineer, Russell Corporation, Wetumpka, AL 2007-2008

Responsible for continuous process improvement in the Department Implement

measurements based on strategies that focused on process improvement and

variation reduction using Six Sigma. This included the development,

training and implementation of all SOP's within the department. Lead

multiple process improvement teams working on process improvement projects.

Working hand in hand with the production department manager in a spirit of

training with all batchers and auditors for that department as well.

machine to improve efficiencies and reduce waste. This improved

department efficiencies on the selected machines to 106%.
