Safety first, my training has instilled in me the first part of any job is safety.
Safety Multiplier training: part of a team that developed the following
systems.
LOTOTO: Lock out, tag out try out.
Take Ten: Take a ten minute pre job safety check list on non routine jobs.
Unsafe condition reports: all employees trained in helping identify possible
unsafe conditions.
Stop and Go: Each employee upon seeing an unsafe actor job practice may
stop the unsafe act.
I personify developed the practice of wearing my safety lock on my belt loop
which became a
mandatory practice as part of each employee's PPE

lighting, AC/DC motors, motor starters, control wiring, control switches,

tanks, hose's and lines with associated with plant equipment.

weaving, conveyers, magnets and all possible plant equipment.
