and experience. I'm currently enrolled in NCARB's Intern Development
Program, perusing my architectural license for the State of California.
From past employment and schooling, I've acquired skills and knowledge that
would be necessary to be successful. My current role requires me to
oversee the office's administrative duties as well supporting employees

Architectural Support/Executive Assistant
My duties include managing the firm's office at our Sacramento location,
providing support to the senior licensed architects whom I work directly
under with architectural and administrative duties. I screen and prepare
submittals for current projects, assist contractors and consultants with an
internal project computer based program, allowing all project documents to
be current at all times. Review architectural administrative documents
before approved by the architect. Communicate with DSA for state projects,
update internal programs of changes made to the current projects. Create
and edit AutoCAD and Revit drawings as needed.

Administrative Office Assistant
Provide support for all personnel information requests, preparation of
research and statistical reports. Preformed clerical functions such as
receiving visitors and applicants. Training new employees with similar job
duties. Daily tasks include processing daily schedule and timesheets, open
and sort all incoming mail including invoices, statements, faxes and
emails. Usage of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point on a daily basis.
Setting up, inputting and altering open work orders. Knowledge of each

Mental Health Worker
Provide care and treatment for youth who have psychological, emotional
and/or behavioral disorders. Position requires worker to be a counselor
and role model for each child. Children are supervised 24 hours a day, 365
days a year. Life skills are taught; activities are thought out and
executed along with outings in the community. The setting of the facility
is home oriented striving to give these children a safe place to live while
they're progressing through the structured program. Teaching assistant
during classroom hours Monday thru Friday providing help for the teacher
and children is also a requirement of the position.

after school program. Engaging the children at all times with either an

Classified Substitute
Substituting for all clerical and secretarial positions within the Elk
Grove District. Independent aid for a severely handicapped student with
Down syndrome. Substituting for preschool to high school level education
at any local school sites, and assisting handicap and non-handicap
students. Providing and teaching educational skills, social behavior and
independence tasks to all students.
