. Receive, record, and disseminates incidents for the Home Confinement
program. Maintains and upgrade all Electronic Monitoring file folders.
Logs all data in EM and logs. Receives closed straps and log in EM
book all newly installed clients. Remove all EM clients off count in
logbook when officers advise they have been paroled or returned to
institutions and are taken off the EM program.
. Maintain a pager log system.
. Answer a large influx of parole incoming calls from parolees that
require possible emergency assistance.
. Screen calls and locate Parole Officers.
. Receive calls from Parole Officers to either be patched through to a
telephone number or to relay messages to be given to other offices or
police departments and/or clients.
. Receive and transmits radio messages to/from Corrections and Parole
Officers.
. Perform radio base station checks with institution and requesting
officers.
. Respond to emergencies from Corrections and Parole officers in the
field.
. Dispatch local police and emergency personnel.

. Maintain and establishes records of escapees and parole violators
using the NCIC (National Crime Information Computer).
. Enter and clear wanted persons into the NCIC
. Answer Teletype request from police departments worldwide confirming
warrant status. Validation request from FBI, confirming if subjects
warrant is still active
. Receive and record institution counts i.e.; officers, supervisors,
sick calls and inmates.
. Review over 250 cases monthly for Validations; Supports Electronic
Monitoring data entry; Supports Interstate Service
. Verify escapees' folders, making any modifications if necessary.
