$240 annually.
• Achieved outstanding results in a recent special project by offsetting revenue of an estimated decline in 2014 of 11 million, maintaining the
target gross profit of 4 million for the year. By reorganization of staff and implementing a refined process, we were able to reduce staff and
maximize productivity resulting in a stable and reachable GP.

subsidiaries. This includes monthly review of all balance sheet account reconciliations and closely monitoring all journal entries posted in
the company accounting system (PeopleSoft)

• Responsible for a staff of twenty managers which together we reduced the Los Angeles City Business License Tax payment by 25%
through detailed research of qualified tax exemptions. Also responsible for over $9 million in property tax refunds from Los Angeles and
Orange county tax account.
• Instrumental in establishing a shared service center for the back office functions though our Tribune division in Dallas; which reduced
personnel overhead and maximized the EBIT result.
