Explanation of short work history:

Present AutoZone ;

Leaving due to current District Manager. I have corrected 1 commercial program and started 2 others . last one was not researched properly and so is not performing as well as expected. 2 managers in cgarge or commercial department have either resigned or moved out of this Area.

I was hired in as Service Manager but they gave the existing service manager a chance to straighten out the mess that was going on .

Prior to that I was a Warranty Specialist trained by a person from the Ford Motor Co. warranty department. All ford dealerships were in warranty audits, so I only expected to be there for 2 years to get them out and out of the focus of the warranty team .
