Project Topic: #1: Preparation of Employee Handbook
An employee handbook was designed to provide every employee an overview of
policies of ILS hospital for getting acquainted with its culture. These
policies explain about the working conditions, benefits, and policies
affecting their employment. Market study was conducted to describe the
legal obligations as an employer, and the employees' rights.
Project Topic: #2: Employee Grievance handling
The main objective of the study was to gain some practical knowledge
regarding the functioning of human resource with respect to employee
grievance handling. Project report was prepared after a thorough analysis
and survey was conducted in order to identify the employee grievance areas
at ILS.
