VP Mortgage Outsourcing Business Development/Operations, Infinity International. I design/oversee the
production of primary and secondary mortgage market activities, with 7-10 direct reports and 30-40 indirect reports
(dependent on project size). I also participated in sales activities with senior executive team thru online and on-site
presentations to national bank/non-bank lending institutions, capital market firms, hedge fund firms and
institutional/non-institutional investors. My role was to explain in detail how the software communicates, how workflow is
configured, the production of deliverables and the ongoing servicing of each client. Some of those activities include loan
processing, underwriting, quality assurance, post-close due diligence for bulk and flow transactions, Non and Re-
Performing Loan reviews, Scratch and Dent loans, random/discretionary/targeted sampling audits and regulatory
compliance activities. Other duties include the development of underwriting assessments from GSE/HUD Seller’s
Guides, Dodd-Frank Act and Policy and Procedure Manuals. I conduct periodic logistic training sessions, due diligence
and compliance testing for our onshore and offshore personnel.
2007-2010
Investment Executive/Banker, Guaranty Bank. I offered all bank/non-bank products and services to mass market
customers, face to face or over the phone, in order to grow, retain and maximize profit for the bank. I customized a
financial plan which included mutual funds, variable annuities, fixed annuities, etc. and provided prospectus to clients
for their retirement goals. I provided training, supervised, and sold deals for the new hires in transition. I was awarded
fast start investment executive. I consistently ranked top 10 in the company for production and customer service.
2003-2007
Mortgage Broker, PayURealty, Inc. I identified a gap in the mortgage/real estate market and filled that gap by creating
a company that specialized in offering professional mortgage/real estate representation at reduced costs. I successfully
planned, purchased the existing business and launched the new concept with accountability for staffing, policies and
procedures, vendor relations, infrastructure, and daily operations. Full time staff ranged from 15-20 Mortgage Brokers,
Loan Processors, and Realtors. My team and I produced over 135 million in sales. I brokered my deals with several
wholesale mortgage lenders including New Century Mortgage, JP Morgan Chase. I drove business through various
avenues from advertising on Bankrate.com to networking with local CPA’s, thru my website via S.E.O. & banner
advertisement, online lead purchases and customer referrals accounted for over 50% of my volume. I managed risks
through constant oversight and superior planning and marketing to ensure loss prevention, conflict of interest, and
regulatory compliance.
2000-2003
Branch Sales Manager, Household Finance Corporation/HSBC. I managed 2 retail locations, average FTE was 5-
10 per location. My team and I were ranked top 3 in district for new money sales transactions for consumer loans/
mortgages with gross revenues averaging 175k-250k a month per location. We serviced the loans as well as originate
them in each location. I performed daily, weekly and monthly audits on branch activities including bank deposits,
processing consumer payments, crediting consumer accounts, collection of delinquent accounts, and account activity.
Throughout my tenure with Household I was involved in the development of their proprietary software called Vision. I
also mentored one of my top producing senior account executives into management.
