Responsibilities:

. Extensively involved in creating the Background jobs for the Process

chains with verirfy local and meta chains.

. Extensively involved in creating workbooks.

. Handled multiple change requests.

. Involved in the deletion of process chain logs.

. Extensively involved in the Cutover on weekend when the changes

requests implemented.

. Involved in the scheduling and releasing the Background jobs for

Cutover duration and take care of pre-requsite of data loads.

. Monitoring of Data loads through Using RSPC, RSMO,SM37, RSA1 and

custom program (/ssa/bwt) .

. Actively Involved in Rectification of Load Failure like Master Data

and Transaction data Load errors at info package and DTP at the

various levels of data processing.

. Daily and weekly issues maintaining in the issues tracker for further

investigation and end-user and audit prospective for analysis.

. Reconciling the daily booking, billing, devlivery and other schdule

lines data loads through custom program and then updating to the

user's and auditing team for the data qualitiy.

. Daily Flat file loading as per user requirement.

. Issues and concerns related to user have to take care utmost priority.

. Monitoring and maintaining the service request and incidents following

with users.

. Maintained list of all the activities for all the tickets until it is

closed.

. Reconciling the transaction data on daily basis with potential check

with source table for accurate results.

. Performing reconciliation to verify the data in BW and third party

tool through separate process.

Implementation :

. Atlas SAP BI Implementation where we designed ETL for SD R/3 Data

Extraction. Here we created a custom flow using standard DataSources

and InfoObject and designed ETL to pull data from R/3 System.
