June 2014.
Handling the team of 10 to 12 members of the France Utility process.
Conducting meetings – Daily, weekly and monthly.
Assigning the activities and responsibility to each team members.
Preparing reports on team Metrics and highlights the issues.
Clearing the defects of the payments with analytical approach.
Sharing the monthly reports with the internal customers and the Management.
