Key Responsibility.

1. Prepare annual business plan for the section and its monthly review with

HOD

2. Release revised business plan after completion of I st six month.

3. Lead marketing effort and team in the assigned territory for the company all

products except architecture.

4. Get company annual corporate time share implemented by his team in the

field(as released/negotiated with filed executives )

5. PDCA of section activity in terms of (forecast,inventory,sales,

delivery,expenses)

6. Plan monthly collection target in the beginning of every month,

manager/review collection and resolve conflicts and release fortnightly

report.

7. Liaison Agents identification, recommendation, appointment and

management for sales with respective government department.

8. Monthly review of each customers in terms of variance of actual against plan

on (Sales development, delivery and price) recommends countermeasures

have consensus with HOD and arrange and manager its implementation.

9. Manage/Support routine sales activity including order booking, payment

collection C form collections and resolve regular business rituals on quality

delivery and commercials etc with support of the team.

10. Plan promotional activity for the year and implement planned promotional

activities and submit monthly report on the status.

11. Achieve sales/collection targets.

12. Coordinate with field members for routine motivation, mentoring, training

and implement corrective actions and take suitable actions in case of lapses,

to achieve planned annual short terms and long terms plans.

13. OJT (on job training) and motivation to his team members.
