Title: Associate Project Manager Manager, Kevin Toups

Duties: Worked remotely with 6 Project Managers and 200+ projects coordinating

resources and projects. Responsible for entering weekly resource forecast into Clarity

software. Updates project info into Clarity Software. Initiating invoicing for project

milestones and final invoicing for project closings. Monitored milestones and resolved

governance issues. Research inquiries from customers pertaining to milestones,

Duties: Liaison between the HRP Staff and IT staff.

Manages procurement of HRP equipment, including computers, peripherals, and cell phones,
