--CAREER PROFILE--
I have over 20 years as a Quality Manager in the Automotive Field, OEM
Market and Consumer Bedding Market. I have knowledge of ISO 9000, Total
Quality Management, Quality Auditing and Microsoft Applications.
Worked in diverse and challenging settings in which I implemented
corrective action plans, wrote, directed and implemented Work Instructions,
Procedures and Processes that that conform to the standards of
ISO9000/ISO17025 criteria. Of these, 3 perfect audits were conducted by
third party audit registrars in which no non-conformances were found.
Spearheaded the implementation and the maintenance of any quality solutions
and problem solving techniques for our facility, as well as, for the other
13 plants throughout the organization.

EHS/Quality Manager
. I currently write, maintain and implement all quality
procedures, work instructions and quality check inspection forms
as well as train employees in the proper procedures and ways to
have an effective and successful Quality System.
. I work with our customers as a go between to resolve quality
issues by focusing on the desires and needs of the customer and
implementing corrective actions necessary to achieve a product
that can be both produced in a cost effective manner and
achieving the customers desires.
. Responsible for all company PPAP submissions including Control
Plans, FMEA, Flow Charts, Statistical Data, etc. and to assist
the customer with project launches and trial run analysis.
. I am responsible for of the daily operations of our quality lab
collecting and analyzing all SPC data and communicating data
back to upper management and production and develop corrective
actions needed to produce a quality product.
. Develop, design or order any needed fixtures/gages or quality
tools for any new items produced.
. Assure the quality of trial or sample parts being sent to for
review and to communicate and work with the customer on any
changes in design or appearance.
. Maintain any required documentation needed in relationship to
part submission, trials and testing.
. Review and interpret drawing or blueprints and communicate this
information back to production and customer.
. Collect, analyze and develop graphs for all monthly production
data and cost criteria and submit these to upper management for
review. Implement any corrective actions deemed necessary as a
result of the data collected.
. As newly appointed EHS Manager, I am responsible to conduct all
investigations and causes related to an accident or near miss
and to maintain the required OSHA 300 Log.
. Conduct monthly Safety Steering Committee meetings with all
management personnel identifying any safety issues present
within the facility and coordinate with maintenance on resolving
these problems/issues.
. Assist with the monthly safety training for all employees.
. Submission of all Quarterly/Yearly EPA reporting documents.
