< Organize End to End recruitment programmes. Preparing Job Description &
its distribution. Involved in entire recruitment process of various
positions from Junior Level to Senior Level Management.
< Prepare and distribute offer latter & appointment order.
< Accomplishing Joining formalities for New employee.
< Maintaining Employee's Personal file & Documents.
< Organize and monitor Induction Programme; visit- office, plant and other
areas of factory

< Doing salary account opening procedure for newly joined accomplishing

< Liaise with Factory inspector & relevant department for the settlement of
the dispute.
