for extraction and/or GCMS. I performed drug batching procedures

I was responsible for providing initiation, monitoring and termination of
patient’s treatment during dialysis. Providing accurate documentation
of flow sheets and completing all assignments assigned by the nursing
staff which included daily checking and documentation of all auxiliary
equipment and checking and monitoring the water treatment system.

My responsibilities included completing the opening of the new
dialysis unit technical side. I provided an ongoing Quality Assurance

monitoring and troubleshooting of the water treatment system.
Perform all aspects of inventory control, which includes monthly and
quarterly reports to regional office by the deadlines. Perform and
evaluated all microbiological cultures and LAL’s pertaining to the water
treatment system and hemodialysis machines. Oversee all the
technical operations of the dialysis unit, which includes but not limited
to all auxiliary equipment. I maintained all OSHA, AAMI, State and
Network regulations.
In July of 2002, became responsible for an additional dialysis unit
located at 1507 West Pettigrew St., Durham NC, 27705, know as West
Pettigrew Dialysis Cntr. . In addition to providing the above
responsibilities, I was responsible of managing and training an
Equipment Technician.
In September of 2005 to Sept. 25th 2007, the Technical Department
was centralized into a team management concept. My role is to
provide quarterly and annual preventative maintenance to all
hemodialysis machines for six dialysis units located throughout the
centralized system. My responsibilities also included monthly auxiliary
checks of all peripheral equipment, disinfection of the water treatment
system, quarterly auxiliary checks and quarterly cleaning and
disinfection of R.O. membranes for two hemodialysis units.
