Projects-1:

Vacuum furnace:

It is a 1400 degrees electrical furnace in which vacuum created by operating electrical

motors sequentially. Heaters will on automatically start heated up and it will stop heating

When target set point is reached .This process done by using a PID controller.

The above project is done in GEFANUC Micro Nano PLC and SCADA screens are developed

in IFIX 5.0 with complete auto and manual options

Projects-2:

Water Treatment Plant:

• Operating raw sewage pumps automatically to pump sewage from collection tank to

sequential batch reactor tank. Then air blowers will automatically runs for a period of 2

hours. Then decanter valve opens automatically until it decants the clarified water. When

clarified water tank is filled the filter feed pumps will automatically starts and pump water

to treated water tank through pressure sand filter, actuated carbon filter and softener to

treated water tank from where again two final pumps will start automatically and the pure

water will be sent to over head tank.

• The above project is done in GEFANUC Micro Nano PLC and SCADA screens are
